Eligibility Criteria for HPCL Recruitment 2022:
Candidates MUST meet ALL of the following criteria for HPCL Recruitment
- Education: Candidates must possess BE/ B.Tech in the below mentioned disciplines from a recognized University
- BE/B.Tech in Instrumentation Engineering/ Chemical Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering/ Computer Science Engineering/ Civil Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) is a Navaratna and a Global Fortune 500 company, ranked at 260 with an annual Gross sales of Rs. 2,32,188 crore and Profit after Tax of Rs. 1,734 crore during FY 2013-14 and having a strong presence in Refining & Marketing in India with about 21% Marketing share and 18% Refining capacity in the PSU category in the country.
HPCL owns and operates refineries at Mumbai & Visakh and the largest Lube Refinery in the country at Mumbai for producing Lube Oil Base Stocks with a capacity of 450 TMTPA.
