Detailed Eligibility:
- Minimum 15 years of regular education (10th + 12th + 3 years Graduation).
- Not more than 2 years of gap in Graduation or Employment.
- Bachelors degree / or Post Graduate in Accounting or Finance
- Will need to match US Hours – Night Shift.
- HRO- US Sourcing – Overall work experience in supporting Recruitment & Onboarding administrative activities function for an organization, especially US Sourcing. Global Experience in Sourcing (not just domestic/ India specific)
- RTR- General Accounting/General Ledger:
- Overall work experience of 3 plus years experience hands on exposure on record to report accounting.
- Researches, prepares and reconciles data in support of the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Journal entries, variance analysis, reconciliations, and monthly/quarterly closing activities
- Supports the implementation, maintenance and documentation of effective internal controls and processes to verify system integrity and compliance.
