• Process and analyse the access requests on the perimeters Arpege, MAIA
• Manage the tools accesses in some business applications
• Provide assistance to users as a level 1 help-desk on habilitations incidents
• Responsible for Pre-pay Audit for assigned regions
• Processing o staff claim
• Handle customer queries (emails)
• Operational Accounting, Reconciliations and Controls
• 50% – 60% level of autonomy required to perform the tasks
• Daily interaction with PTP team
• Work timing based on region and varies from high to medium complex tasks
