Qualification:-

•  High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Any Under Grad/Graduate Freshers can apply.
• Maximum Qualification Graduates (Undergrads can be considered but should not be regular college students)
• Experience Any Under Grad or Graduate Freshers.
• Communication skills: Exceptional Spoken skills in English
• Shifts: Rotational shifts (Should be comfortable to work in all shifts)

Job Description:-

• Answer inbound calls within the guidelines/goals established by the client and management.
• Consistently archives call quality goals in order to meet client and customer satisfaction goals.
• Responsibility: Provide Technical Support to International Customers
• Shift Timings: Should be flexible to work in US Rotational Shifts.
• Desired Skills: Need Excellent Communication skills in English.
• Must-Have strong Technical Knowledge(Hardware, Software, and networking Concepts)
• Working Days: 5 days working
• Weekly Offs: 2 Week Offs(Rotational and Split)
• Transport: Home Pickup and Home Drop.
• Rounds of Interview: JAM, HR, Voice and Accent, Tech Test, Operations Round.
