Job Description:
- Provide L1/L2 Support to End Users for Hardware / Products on Inbound Calls
- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills.
- Ability to work on multiple screens at the same time and handle order processing on Calls
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Prioritize and manage time effectively, while handling multiple priorities
- Provide First Call Resolution and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Should have a reliable and fast WiFi connection at home
- Should be ready to connect via video during training and 1 on 1 discussions
- Should have a safe and suitable work environment at home
- Should be able to work as per the break/lunch timings allocated by the supervisor
- Candidate should be willing to work from office
- Flexible to work in 24*7 work environment
- Candidate should be willing to work in rotational shifts and rotational weekly off
Selection Process: Mphasis Off campus Drive
All the rounds of Mphasis Off-campus Drive will be conducted remotely. The Online Test is expected to be organized in the month of January. Exact Schedule details will be shared with the shortlisted candidates.
Online Test: The test consists of the following sections that have to be answered in 180 minutes.
It comprises the following sections:
- Online Aptitude and Domain Knowledege Test.
- 1 or more round of Technical Interviews based on candidate performace.
- Hr Interview then final offer.
