Eligibility Criteria for Federal Bank Off Campus Drive 2023:

Eligibility Criteria:-

• Graduates with a minimum aggregate of 60% from a University incorporated by an Act of the Central or The state legislature in India or other educational Institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of UGC Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent a qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India or approved by AICTE.
• Candidates should have a minimum aggregate of 60% or above throughout Class X, XII and Graduation.
• Candidates who are passing/passed out Graduation in the academic year 2022-2023
• Graduation courses must entail at least three years of education after completing higher secondary schooling or a Diploma.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• The selected candidates will be required to execute a Service Level Agreement upon joining the Bank undertaking to serve the Bank for a minimum period of 2 years or to pay the Bank a sum of Rs.30,000/- as cost of training in case the candidate leaves the Bank before completion of the stipulated minimum service period (Subject to Banks approval and norms followed)
